Con: Super Smash Bros Brawl

I can't really say if I agree with Lucario being a good character for beginners, because I never used him when I started off. However, I have played many many hours of brawl and consider myself an advanced player. Lucario is my main character and he is extremely powerful in the hands of a master. I'd like to challenge some of the tier followers who use Meta Knight as their mains. Now why I think lucario is powerful:
The obvious is that the higher his % the more Damage % he does, the more attack frame distance increases, and smash distance he gains. Very lethal in the hands of an expert.
He has a ranged smash when at high %.
His counter is one of the best in the game.
He is the fastest dodger in the game allowing him to choose when to be in the fray.
His down air move is hard to avoid, does 2 hits, and smashes!
He's a medium/heavy character, although fast with his dodge speed.
Wall cling.
Good Forward Throw.
